Thank you for shopping at Milato. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of our healthy and nutritious products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns: You may return eligible items within 72 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
b. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
  • Perishable goods that are past their expiration date
  • Gift cards

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at milatomillets@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return
the item.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Refunds

a. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
b. Refunds for Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.
